The Islands Club is comprised of 27 private, luxury condominium residences. All are superb, deluxe oceanfront units, situated on 400 feet of the best of Seven Mile Beach. On the stunning beach, large Casuarinatrees provide shade from the sun as you relax in a lounge chair by the sea. The sand is clean & powdery, and the water is warm and crystal clear. Go for a swim to cool off, and towards evening, watch a magnificent Cayman sunset right from your lounge chair. At the Islands Club, you have a choice of either 2, 3 or 4 bedroom oceanfront condominiums. All amenities that you'd expect from luxury condominiums are provided in-unit, including a fully equipped modern kitchen allowing you to cook your own meals. Islands Club is conveniently located within easy walking distance of a large grocery store, several fine restaurants, entertainment, shops and more. A lighted, private tennis court is available for use by the guests, and snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing and other watersports are all nearby.
27 private luxury 2, 3 and 4 bedroom condominiums, most of which have been recently renovated, featuring air-conditioning, ceiling fans, fully equipped modern kitchens, a tastefully decorated living room with cable TV, plus a dining room, 2 or 3 bathrooms, washer and dryer, and a large private balcony or patio overlooking the beach and the Caribbean sea. The 3 bedroom penthouse units are located on the 3rd floor, whereas the 3 bedroom oceanfront deluxe units are larger with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and a master bedroom on the 2nd floor. The 2 bedroom units are available as either 1 level flats or 2 level townhouses. FREE high speed internet access is available in all units. Daily maid service is provided except Sundays, Good Friday and Christmas day.

- Each extra person, add $50us/night to the above rates.
- Infants under 2 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- Additional charges: 10% government tax and 6% service charge.
- A deposit equal to 30% of the total is required at the time of booking.
- The balance of payment is to be arranged upon check-in at the resort.
- Islands Club accepts Visa and Mastercard .
- Summer: Cancel within 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
- Winter: Cancel within 60 days or arrival, the full deposit is non-refundable.
- There is a 5% processing fee on all cancellations outside of the penalty period.
