Every condo has central air-conditioning and features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, telephone, satellite TV, VCR and a screened porch. The 1 bedroom penthouse and all 2 bedroom condos even come with a washer and dryer in the unit. Free high speed wireless internet access is also available in each unit. Plantana offers daily maid service except on Sundays. All units are Non-smoking.

- A 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Summer: The balance of payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Winter: The balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.

- Summer: Cancel within 30 days prior to arrival and the deposit is non-refundable.
