Cayman Kai is a popular family vacation area located adjacent to Rum Point, a 45 minute drive from George Town and Seven Mile Beach. Cayman Kai consists mostly of private villas - from 1 bedroom basic cottages to 7 bedroom luxury homes - Cayman Kai has it all.

The Cayman Kai area has beautiful white sand beaches and is situated on the calm protected waters of the North Sound. Its a great location for families

The North Shore of the island has a few very private deluxe homes overlooking the Caribbean Sea. Not far from Rum Point and Cayman Kai, and a 40-45 minute drive into George Town or Seven Mile Beach.

Caribbean Paradise, south of George Town also offers a quiet location, but a convenient location, only a 5 minute drive into George Town and only a few minutes to Grand Harbour, which has the skateboard park, wave machine, a large supermarket and a couple of nice restaurants.

The other south shore villas also provide quieter locations with fabulous views out over the Caribbean Sea. Bodden Town, Prospect and Grand Harbour offer some restaurants and other activities along the south shore, and East End is just a short drive further past Mahogany Cove.

A car rental is recommended if you stay in any of these areas. You'll want a car in order to get to restaurants, a grocery store, George Town, Seven Mile Beach and the island's other attractions.
