Peaceful Location
Tucked into lush tropical landscaping along the quiet north side of Grand Cayman. On The Bay offers an ideal alternative to the bustle of Grand Cayman’s more active areas — and is just 10 minutes from Rum Point.
The living is easy here. Head to the private beach and swim in a cove carved into the shoreline of Old Man Bay (water shoes recommended). Snorkel the colourful reef just offshore. Or walk right out your door to the resort’s freshwater pool. Since On The Bay is a small-scale resort on Grand Cayman’s quiet North Coast, the beach and pool are often pleasantly empty.
When you'd like some activity however, Rum Point, with its grocery store, beach bar, restaurant and watersports shop, is just a 10-minute drive away. Visit Starfish Point in Cayman Kai, go underground at Crystal Caves or try the Mastic Trail - all available within a short drive. Further away, George Town is a 40 minutes drive and offers duty free shopping as well as a number of dining options. The airport is 30-35 minutes away, and world famous Seven Mile Beach is only 45 minutes away.
On the Bay is a great choice for families on a budget, looking for a nice place to stay without breaking the bank. Quiet and peaceful, On the Bay offers a lovely beach with abundant snorkeling in the area, and many other activities nearby.

This 3rd floor condo is beautifully decorated with a spacious open concept, full kitchen, dining and living area leading into a lovely furnished patio with a view of the pool, beach, and ocean from anywhere in these rooms. Amenities include a dishwasher, water cooler, washer and dryer, coffee maker, blender and more.
The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The huge Master bedroom has an adjustable king-size bed, two nightstands, desk, chest of drawers, dresser, two nightstands and big double sink bathroom, jet tub, shower, toilet and walk in clothes closet. The second bedroom has two full beds, 2 nightstands, dresser, closet and en suite bathroom with tub/shower, sink, toilet. There is also a queen sofa bed in the living room. Both bedrooms are fully equipped with towels, sheets, and beach towels.

- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Max 6 people (any age) in each 2 bedroom condo.
- 13% government tax and a $200 end of stay cleaning fee will be added to the total.
Payment Policy
A deposit is due at the time of booking:
Staying < 7 Nights:
Full payment is required.
Staying 7 Nights +:
A 50% deposit is required.
The balance of payment is due as follows:
Low season:
30 days prior to arrival.
Winter season:
60 days prior to arrival.
All payments are processed by the management company.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
A $100 fee is charged for any change/revision made to a confirmed reservation.
If the reservation is cancelled outright, fees are as follows:
Standard:
$100 + 1 night's stay if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.
Standard:
Full deposit is forfeited if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
Xmas/New Years:
$100 + 2 night's stay if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival.
Xmas/New Years:
Full amount is forfeited if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
Minimum Stay Requirements
Xmas or New Years:
7 night minimum stay
Xmas & New Years:
14 night minimum stay
Christmas/New Years period also has specific day of the week arrivals/check-ins only.
Minimum Age
At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older.
Damage
A $500us damage deposit is required on all reservations. This will be refunded after check out and inspection of the condo. Damages caused by the guest will be deducted from the damage deposit. Additionally, the units are NON smoking. If you smoke in the condo your credit card will be charged $300us to cover damages and cleaning costs.
