When making a general inquiry, you will be asked to enter your name and email address. When making a reservation on our web site, you will be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number and credit card information.
What do we use your information for?
Information we collect from you will be used to respond to your inquiry or to complete any reservation requests you have made. That’s it.
How do we protect your information?
When making a reservation via our CayDirect.com automated booking system, your credit card information is transmitted via encrypted Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and goes directly to the resort management office. We never even see your credit card information! For non-automated reservation requests on CaymanVacations.com, your information is also transmitted via secure encrypted SSL and your information is never stored on our servers.
Do we use cookies?
Yes. We use cookies (which are harmless static files) to track where our sales come from. We work with many condominium resorts, the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism, the Cayman Islands Tourism Association and other travel partners who all help promote this web site. Cookies are used to track who referred our customers, and are not used for any other purpose.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
Other than for the express purpose of completing the reservation that you have requested - No! Your personal information will never be exchanged, transferred, rented, sold or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever without your consent.
What about Spam?
We hate spam just as much as you do, so we never ever send unsolicitied emails!!
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will send occassional news and specials via our email newsletter, but you have to opt in for that, and can unsubscribe at any time.
