Quiet, Peaceful Location
The Anchorage Condominiums are located at the tranquil north end of world famous Seven Mile Beach. An intimate group of 2 - 3 bedroom condos situated on a perfect stretch of white sand beach. Relax under a palapa hut or a shady palm. Feel the fine white sand between your toes as you wander along breathtaking Seven Mile Beach - a glorious stretch of powdery sand, gently sloping into the clear turquiose waters of the Caribbean Sea. Swim or snorkel to your hearts content.
The resort features a beachfront freshwater swimming pool with poolside loungers and tables. Enjoy an outdoor barbeque or play tennis on the private night lit tennis court.
The Anchorage offers excellent value. Gardenview units are reasonably priced and for those who can't go without a view, the oceanfront and oceanfront deluxe units offer stunning views of the beach and Caribbean Sea. Some oceanfront condo units have 3 bedrooms and others have 2 bedrooms plus a den, which can be used as either an optional 3rd bedroom or as an extended living area. A great option for friends or families travelling together.

All of the units come with either a king or queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, and either a full 3rd bedroom or a den with a sofa bed or day beds. The deluxe units are slightly larger and are in the center of the building, jutting out towards the pool, the perfect white sand beach and the sparkling Caribbean Sea. The standard oceanfront units are on the ends and are recessed a little back of the deluxe units. The garden view "B" units are slightly larger than the only gardenview "A" unit.

Payment Policy
A deposit is required at the time of booking as follows:
Standard: 50% Deposit.
The balance of payment is due as follows:
Low season:
Due upon Check-in.
Xmas/New Years:
Due by October 15th.
All payments are processed by the resort office.
Visa, Mastercard, Diners and Discover cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
The deposit becomes non refundable if you cancel as follows:
Low season:
Within 60 days prior of arrival
Xmas/New Years:
After October 1st.
