Aqua Bay Club is one of the most desirable Seven Mile Beach rental condominiums. It provides a perfect Grand Cayman vacation getaway and assures tranquillity as well as unspoiled beauty. The resort features 21 deluxe 2 bedroom air-conditioned condos with a spacious screened balcony or patio overlooking the Caribbean sea. Guests will enjoy a beachfront freshwater swimming pool, a heated jacuzzi and an beautiful expanse of white sand beach. Thatched huts and tropical palms line Aqua Bay Club's shore and provide an excellent place for you to take in some shade, laze in a hammmock, or read a good book on a beach lounge chair.
For the active, there is a new fitness center. The facility features state-of-the-art exercise equipment including a TRUE Fitness elliptical, TRUE Fitness recumbent bike, CAP barbell and dumbbells (5-50 lbs), NordicTrack stability ball, Rally Fitness incline/decline bench, Bowflex bench, yoga mats and more.
The snorkeling is excellent in this area. In fact, the best snorkeling site on Seven Mile Beach, "The Cemetery", is located just a short stroll up the beach, and offers fabulous coral heads, fan corals, and a wide variety of colourful tropical fish. An experience that you will not want to miss! Diving, fishing and other water or land based excursions can be arranged for you by the friendly office staff.

Each of Aqua Bay Club's oceanfront condos are tastefully decorated and fully equipped. There is a spacious dining area and the living room includes a sleeper sofa. The spacious oceanfront screened-in balcony or patio has patio furniture as well, so you can sit and enjoy the sunset or enjoy a meal outside. The master bedroom has either a king or a queen size bed, and the 2nd bedroom has either 1 queen or 2 twin beds, and there are 2 full bathrooms.

- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Infants under 3 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- Max 6 people in each 2 bedroom condo (see extra person charges above).
- Additional charges: 13% government tax and 6% service charge.
Payment Policy
Standard: A 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking, and the balance is due 30 days prior to check-in.
Xmas/New Years: A 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking, and the balance is due September 15th.
All payments are processed by the resort.
Aqua Bay Club accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards.
Cancellation Policy
Once confirmed, the payments become fully non-refundable if cancelled as follows:
Summer Season:
Within 30 days of arrival
US Thanksgiving:
Within 45 days of arrival
Xmas/New Years:
Within 90 days of arrival
Worry Free Hurricane Policy
Guests on island: If guests decide to leave in the advent of a hurricane, we will issue a credit voucher for travel up to 1 year* for the unused nights. In the event that guests are stranded at Aqua Bay Club as a result of severe weather conditions, the 1st overstay night will be complimentary, and a nominal fee of US$150 will be charged per room for each additional night not exceeding 2 nights.
Arriving Guests: In the event that air travel to Grand Cayman is suspended due to a hurricane, we will credit your deposit toward future stay (for up one year).
Rescheduling: Guests can reschedule their stay with no penalties for travel up to 1 year. Guests who wish to arrive immediately after the storm passes may do so for the same number of nights or they may stay for fewer nights, and be refunded for the interrupted nights.
Minimum Stay
7 night minimum stay during winter season.
