Discovery Point Club Condominiums are located at the tranquil north end of world famous Seven Mile Beach. Situated on a long stretch of white sand beach, all units have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and direct oceanfront vies of the white sand beach and Caribbean Sea.
Take a leisurely stroll along the fine white sands of Seven Mile Beach with swaying palms and the incredible Caribbean Sea as your backdrop. The resort has a large beachfront freshwater swimming pool and heated whirlpool spa for your enjoyment. Watch a famous Cayman sunset as you indulge in a beachside outdoor cookout on one of the BBQ grills. There is excellent snorkeling directly in front of the resort, and it is just a short walk up the beach to The Cemetery snorkel site, which offers the ultimate in snorkeling. Snorkeling gear can even be rented from the resort office.
Perfect your tennis on the 2 championship tennis courts, or just unwind on the expansive, white sand beach. For those with less energy, laze away your days on one of the beach lounge chairs, or float in the serene waters of the Caribbean Sea.
The resort offers free high-speed internet connections for those who need to stay connected while on vacation.

- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Children 2 years of age and under are free (not counted when calculating rates).
- 7 night minimum stay Christmas (December 20 thru January 4) and specific check-in dates may be required as well. Inquire.
- Additional charges: 13% government tax and 7% service charge.
Payment Policy
A deposit is due at the time of booking:
A 50% deposit as well as a non refundable booking fee is required.
The balance of payment is due as follows:
Low season:
balance due upon check-in.
Christmas season:
balance due by September 15th.
The main payments are processed by the management company.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
A 6% admin fee is charged for any change/revision made to a confirmed reservation.
If the reservation is cancelled outright, the booking fee is non refundable and other fees are as follows:
Standard:
6% admin fee if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival.
Standard:
Full deposit is forfeited if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
Xmas/New Years:
6% admin fee if cancelled prior to September 15th.
Xmas/New Years:
Full amount is forfeited if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
Minimum Stay Requirements
Xmas or New Years:
7 night minimum stay
Xmas & New Years:
14 night minimum stay
Minimum Age
At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older.
Damage
A $500us security deposit is due at the time of check-in. This will be refunded back to your credit card within 5-7 days of check-out. The cost of any damage/loss NOT reported within 24 hours of the guest arrival at the condo will be debited from the guest's credit card held on file. All units are NON smoking. If you smoke in any property your credit card will be charged $300us to cover damages and cleaning costs.
