Unit #39 (Poolview 2nd floor) puts you in a tropical mood with accents of green, blue and red while new flatscreen TV and furniture throughout make it a very comfortable condo to vacation in. High-quality bed linens on the king-sized bed and plush spa-like towels in the bathroom add to the beach experience. Sliding glass patio doors in the living area let in views of the garden and open to a patio with rocking chairs for two. Imagine making this the setting for your morning coffee!
Unit #40 (Poolview 2nd floor) is an elegantly furnished one bedroom with balcony/den, is the perfect place to relax at the end of a day at the beach. The cosy master bedroom has a king, and the den has two twin beds. Sliding glass doors from the comfortable living area let in views of the sea: a wonderful place to put your feet up or dine on your patio to watch a dazzling sunset. The kitchen is generously provided and is an excellent venue to begin a seaside meal....or you can cook on the communal BBQ located by the pool that’s only a few steps away.

- Max 4 people (any ages) in each condo.
- 13% government tax is additional and will be added to the total.
- There is also a $250 end of stay cleaning fee.

Staying 3 Nights:
Full payment is required.
Otherwise:
A 50% deposit is required.
The balance of payment is due as follows:
Low season:
30 days prior to arrival.
Winter season:
60 days prior to arrival.
All payments are processed by the management company.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted.
A $200 fee is charged for any change/revision made to a confirmed reservation.
If the reservation is cancelled outright:
Within 30 days of arrival:100% non refundable.
31 - 60 days prior to arrival:
50% of the deposit is refunded if only a deposit has been paid, or a 25% refund if full payment has been paid.
61 or more days prior to arrival
Full refund less a $200 cancellation fee and 4% credit card processing fee.
Xmas/New Years:
Full amount is forfeited if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
Xmas or New Years:
7 night minimum stay
Christmas/New Years period also has specific day of the week arrivals/check-ins only.
At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older.
A $500us refundable damage deposit is required for all reservations. Any damage you cause to the condo will be deducted from the security deposit. If no damage is caused, the security deposit will be refunded back to your card after your stay and once the condo unit has been inspected. Details will be fully explained on the final rental agreement. All units are NON smoking. If anyone smokes inside the condo, you will be charged for damages and/or cleaning costs.
