The Islands Club Condos has historically been considered one of the premier beachfront rental properties on Grand Cayman. The resort is located on the indisputably finest stretch of Seven Mile Beach on Grand Cayman, with tall Casuarinas trees along our stretch of white sand to provide shade from the hot Caribbean Sun. The sea bottom is soft sand, perfect for wading and playing in the warm Caribbean Sea. Beautifully landscaped grounds, interiors decorated and maintained to the highest standards, the uncrowded beach, sparkling Caribbean Sea and breath taking sunsets… the resort will exceed your expectations.
The resort is conveniently located within easy walking distance of a large grocery store, several fine restaurants, entertainment, shops and more. A lighted, private tennis court is available for use by the guests, and snorkeling, scuba diving, sailing and other watersports are all nearby.

The 3 bedroom penthouse units are located on the 3rd floor. Priced the same, 3 bedroom oceanfront deluxe units are larger with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and a master bedroom on the 2nd floor. The 2 bedroom units are available as either 1 level flats or 2 level townhouses. All units are directly facing the perfect white sand beach and the incredible Caribbean Sea.

- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Children under 6 years of age are free of charge.
- 5 night minimum stay in low season. 7 night minimum stay in winter season.
- Additional charges: 13% government tax and 7% service charge.
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Balance due as follows:
Summer Season:
60 days prior to arrival
Winter Season:
120 days prior to arrival
All payments are processed by the resort.
Islands Club accepts Visa, Mastercard and Discover.
Cancellation Policy
Once confirmed, there is a 5% processing fee if you cancel. The deposit becomes fully non-refundable if cancelled as follows:
Summer Season:
Within 30 days of arrival
Winter Season:
Within 60 days of arrival
Xmas Season:
100% Non Refundable at all times
Minimum Stay
Summer:
5 night minimum stay. Shorter stays on request.
Winter:
7 night minimum stay. Shorter stays on request.
Check-in/Check-out Time:
Check-in time is 3pm, but if you arrive early and the room is ready, you are welcome to check-in. Advising us of your flight arrival time will increase the chance that your condo is ready in time when you arrive at the resort.
Check-out time is 11am. Later check-out can be requested, but will depend on whether there are other guests checking-in to the same unit later that day.
