The Kaibo Yacht Club complex offers more activity and bustle than other accommodations on the island, making it the perfect choice for sociable travelers who love to eat delicious food, mingle, have a few drinks on the beach, and set out for adventures on the water. When its time for dinner, you have various options in close proximity: beachfront casual BBQ, a second-level gourmet restaurant with Caribbean & European fusion cuisine (perfect for a romantic evening), or a private meal in the comfort of your own condo.
Other perks of staying at the Kaibo Yacht Club include a swimming pool and spa, a pristine white sand beach. We highly recommend the bioluminescent kayak tour, which sets out from Kaibo Yacht Club at nighttime. Watch the water come alive with shimmering aquatic life! Other activities inlcude a trip to Stingray City, diving, snorkeling, and an on-site watersports outfitter with kayaks and SUPs (stand-up paddleboards.
When you need quiet time, just pull up a lounger and soak up some sunshine, soak in the jacuzzi, swim in the pool or just relax and read a book.

Each of Kaibo Yacht Club's oceanfront condos are tastefully decorated and fully equipped. There is a spacious dining area and living room with flat screen cable TV and wireless internet connection. The spacious oceanfront balcony has patio furniture as well, so you can sit and enjoy the sunset or enjoy a relaxing meal outside. The master bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and the 2nd floor units also come with an extra sofa bed.

- Rates are in US dollars per night for up to 6 guests.
- Max 6 people per 2 bedroom condo.
- 13% government tax is additional and will be added to the total.
- There is also a mandatory end of stay cleaning fee of $200us and a
$500 refundable security / damage deposit (refunded after your stay if no damage).
Payment Policy
A deposit is due at the time of booking:
Staying < 7 Nights:
Full payment is required.
Staying 7 Nights +:
A 50% deposit is required.
The balance of payment is due as follows:
Low season:
30 days prior to arrival.
Winter season:
60 days prior to arrival.
All payments are processed by the management company.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
A $100 fee is charged for any change/revision made to a confirmed reservation.
If the reservation is cancelled outright, fees are as follows:
Standard:
$100 + 1 night's stay if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.
Standard:
Full deposit is forfeited if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
Xmas/New Years:
$100 + 2 night's stay if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival.
Xmas/New Years:
Full amount is forfeited if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
Minimum Stay Requirements
Xmas or New Years:
7 night minimum stay
Xmas & New Years:
14 night minimum stay
Christmas/New Years period also has specific day of the week arrivals/check-ins only.
Minimum Age
At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older.
Damage Deposit
A $500us refundable damage deposit is required for all reservations. Any damage you cause to the condo will be deducted from the security deposit. If no damage is caused, the security deposit will be refunded back to your card after your stay and once the condo unit has been inspected. Details will be fully explained on the final rental agreement. All units are NON smoking. If anyone smokes inside the condo, you will be charged for damages and/or cleaning costs.
