Laguna Del Mar is located just 2 properties north of the Marriott Beach Resort. It enjoys a quiet, yet very convenient location. A unique complex on Seven Mile Beach, where you'll enjoy exploring the property's beautifully landscaped lagoon. You may spot a few tropical birds flying about…… and there is an extensive swimming pool area with ample lounge chairs and cabanas to lay about in after a day of exploring. There is a large gas grill to cook a mouth-watering meal, and a tennis court for a fun game with family or friends. There is excellent snorkeling in this area.
NOTE that this area is prone to wave action and extensive beach erosion. This can result in a loss of sand during storms, lots of chunky coral within the tide lines and along the waters edge and has drastically reduced the usable beach area. Beach shoes or foot protection are highly recommended. Once you walk out into the sea, you can find sections of ssandy sea bottom, and there is still excellent snorkeling all along this southern area of Seven Mile Beach.
Laguna Del Mar is conveniently located within easy walking distance to many shopping malls, a large variety of excellent restaurants, as well as the popular bustling town of Camana Bay.

A damage deposit is not required. However, any damage you cause to the condo will be charged to your credit card. All units are NON smoking. If anyone smokes inside the condo, you will be charged for damages and/or cleaning costs.
