Laguna Del Mar is located just 2 properties north of the Marriott Beach Resort. It enjoys a quiet, yet very convenient location. A unique complex on Seven Mile Beach, where you'll enjoy exploring the property's beautifully landscaped lagoon. You may spot a few tropical birds flying or swimming about…… and there is an extensive swimming pool area with ample lounge chairs and cabanas to lay about in after a day at the beach. There is a large gas grill to cook a mouth-watering meal, and a tennis court for a fun game with family or friends. Of course, you also have direct access to the fabulous white sands of Seven Mile Beach, with plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and excellent snorkeling.
Lovely Laguna Del Mar is almost directly across the way, and within easy walking distance to many shopping malls, a large variety of excellent restaurants, as well as the popular bustling new town of Camana Bay.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath, 3rd floor deluxe penthouse has breathtaking views of the white sand beach and sparkling clear waters of the aqua Caribbean Sea. You can sleep 8 persons comfortably here. The master suite and the 2nd bedroom have plush king beds and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twins with trundles. The Master bedroom has a stunning view of the ocean and its own access to the spacious patio. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms overlook the lush landscaping of the little lake and pool area. The kitchen is an open concept that flows right into the dining and living room area where you can rejoice in the stunning view over the soft white sand and vast ocean. From here you can step out to the comfortably furnished screened-in patio to enjoy a relaxing coffee or delicious sunset cocktail.

- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Infants under 3 years of age stay in the condo for no extra charge.
- Max 8 people in the condo.
- 13% government tax/svc is additional and will be added to the total.
- There is an end of stay cleaning fee of $300us.
- A $1,000us refundable damage deposit is required for all reservations.
Payment Policy
A deposit is due at the time of booking:
Staying < 7 Nights:
Full payment is required.
Staying 7 Nights +:
A 50% deposit is required.
The balance of payment is due as follows:
Winter season:
60 days prior to arrival.
All payments are processed by the management company.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
A $200 fee is charged for any change/revision made to a confirmed reservation.
If the reservation is cancelled outright, fees are as follows:
Standard:
$200 + 1 night's stay if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival.
Standard:
Full deposit is forfeited if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
Xmas/New Years:
$200 + 2 night's stay if cancelled more than 90 days prior to arrival.
Xmas/New Years:
Full amount is forfeited if cancelled within 90 days of arrival.
Minimum Stay Requirements
Xmas or New Years:
7 night minimum stay
Xmas & New Years:
14 night minimum stay
Christmas/New Years period also has specific day of the week arrivals/check-ins only.
Minimum Age
At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older.
Damage Deposit
A $1,000us refundable damage deposit is required for all reservations. Any damage you cause to the condo will be deducted from the security deposit. If no damage is caused, the security deposit will be refunded back to your card after your stay and once the condo unit has been inspected. Details will be fully explained on the final rental agreement. All units are NON smoking. If anyone smokes inside the condo, you will be charged for damages and/or cleaning costs.
