Peaceful Location on a Perfect Beach
London House is located along 200 feet of the stunning white sands of Seven Mile Beach. The resort offer 1, 2 or 3 bedroom, air-conditioned condominiums with private patios or balconies overlooking the spectacular Caribbean Sea. All units have been completely renovated with new kitchens, bathrooms, furniture, cabinetry and decorations.
Although things may be changing all around the world, the values at London House have not. Our tradition of excellence is ongoing and founded on the belief that service never goes out of style. We take pride in offering our guests a comfortable, leisurely stay… and that keeps them coming back! Our goal is to provide you with a relaxing atmosphere, first-rate accommodations and pristine, secure grounds. Literally steps to the beach, there is also a fresh-water pool for a refreshing dip, a unique Hammock House for a lazy nap by the sea, a Caymanian stone barbecue for evening cookouts... and even a shuffleboard court if you want a little activity. Our recent major renovation includes new landscaping, uplighting on building and new poolside furniture and beach loungers. The grounds of London House are lush and meticulously maintained.

The updated 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condo units offer one of the best values on Seven Mile Beach. The building is angled to the beach, so the honeymoon suite and deluxe oceanfront uints are closest to the sea. Oceanfront are next closest, then oceanview and finally, gardenview units are the furthest from the beach.
The 2nd floor mini penthouse (#15) is the largest of the 1 bedroom units and has its own private spiral staircase leading down to the beach. The honeymoon suite (#8) is beachfront and opens directly onto fabulous Seven Mile Beach.
There is one luxurious 3 bedroom penthouse condo, which is approximately 2400 square feet and includes a marble bathroom with 2 sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower. Children are not permitted to stay in this unit.
In most units, the master bedroom comes with a king size bed, and most 2nd bedrooms come with both a queen size bed and a twin bed.

The 3 bedroom penthouse unit is an adult only unit - no children permitted.
- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- One additional adult/teen is permitted for an additional $30 per night (most units).
- Max of 2 people permitted in the honeymoon and mini penthouse suites.
- Max of 5 people permitted in 2 bedroom units.
- Additional charges: 13% government tax and 6% service charge.
Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
The balance of payment is due upon CHeck-in.
All payments are processed by the resort office.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation more than 90 days prior to arrival, the deposit is refunded.
If you cancel your reservation within 90 days of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
