Additionally, there is a dedicated Yoga pad, a covered outdoor lounge area with guest BBQ's and dining space for social gatherings.
The property includes a charming boardwalk along 200 feet of canal frontage, a boat dock, and a well-equipped fitness center with state-of-the-art cardio and calisthenic equipment from Sprit, Sparc, and Ziva. For families, a fenced children's playground offers three slides, tunnels, climbing space, and a soft grass area.
One Canal Point strictly adheres to a non-smoking policy, prohibiting smoking in the units, on patios/balconies, and requesting consideration for other guests when smoking in common areas, including the pool. These new luxurious condominiums range from 784 – 3,016 sq. ft. Each offers luxurious furnishings, a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, coffee makers, blenders, dishwasher and more. High efficiency A/C with ceiling fans throughout keep the condos cool and comfortable. Every condo is equipped with a Cable TV system and flatscreen TVs in the livingroom and every bedroom. FREE Wireless Internet Service is available throughout the property as well.
Each villa has a spacious private patio or balcony offering pool or canal views for dining or quiet relaxation. Larger units also include a private plunge pool that is for your use only. Great for a quick dip or for when you just don't want to be at the main pool.
Bathrooms include complimentary bathrobes and LATHER®️ toiletries are provided for guest’s use. Hair dryers are also provided in each bathroom. All condos are equipped with the highest quality bath linens, bed linens, pillows and beach towels.

Payment Policy
A deposit is due at the time of booking:
Standard: A 3 night deposit is required.
Holiday Periods: A 50% deposit is required.
The balance is due as follows:

All payments are processed by the resort.
One Canal Point accepts Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause while staying in the unit.
Cancellation Policy
If your plans change and you need to cancel, please advise us immediately. Cancellations are free of fees if done prior to the cancellation period. Cancellations within the cancellation period will result in the full amounts paid being fully non-refundable.

Holiday Periods:
Within 60 days of arrival
Minimum Stay
Minimium stay requirements are as follows:
3 Night minimum stay year round (except Holiday Periods).
7 Night minimum stay during peak holiday periods: Christmas, Presidents Week, Easter, Thanksgiving.
Check-in/Check-out Time:
Check-in time is 4pm, but if you arrive early and the room is ready, you are welcome to check-in. Advising us of your flight arrival time will increase the chance that your condo is ready in time when you arrive at the resort.
Check-out time is 11am. Later check-out can be requested, but will depend on whether there are other guests checking-in to the same unit later that day.
