Plantana Condominiums are nestled under gently arching palmtrees and Australian pines on 400 feet of the finest section of Grand Cayman's world renowned Seven Mile Beach. The resort can be found unspoiled, serene, private and exquisite. Soak up the sun on the stunning beach, swim in the freshwater swimming pool, or watch the sun set from your private screened porch. There are outdoor BBQ grills available for that special cookout and the resort is ideally located close to duty free shopping, a supermarket and fine dining.
Pristine white sand creates a wide and extensive beachfront that extends right out into the ocean to form a lovely, rippled sandy sea floor. The beach combined with the low-rise, low-density property presents you with a rare phenomenon: plenty of perfect white sand beach and swimming space to call your own.

Beautifully furnished deluxe 1, 2 & 3 bedroom condominiums. Each condo is individually and tastefully decorated with painstaking attention to detail. Every condo has central air-conditioning and features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living areas, telephone, HD Cable TV with multiple TV sets, DVD Player and a screened porch. All units now offer an in-unit washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, and free high speed wireless internet access as well.
Check-in / Check-out Times
Check-in Time is at 3pm. However, we endeavor to have your condo unit ready for your arrival. Providing your flight arrival information helps us plan housekeeping and increases the chance that your unit will be ready if arriving earlier than 3pm.
Check-out Time is at 12 noon. If requested, we will try to accommodate a later check-out, but this is dependent on the preparation time required for the next guest arrival.
We do have a small hospitality room in which you are welcome to store your luggage and also change into beach or travelling attire so that you can continue relaxing on property or go to lunch nearby. However, please note that our hospitality room does not have a shower facility.

$100us per night surcharge during US Thanksgiving week.
- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- Minimum Stay: 3 nights summer, 5 nights winter and US Thanksgiving, 7 nights xmas/new years.
- Max of 2 people in each 1 bedroom and 6 people in each 2 or 3 bedroom condo.
- Additional charges: 13% government tax and 6% service charge.
Payment Policy
A 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking.
Balance due as follows:
Summer Season:
30 days prior to arrival
Winter Season:
60 days prior to arrival
Xmas/New Years:
90 days prior to arrival
All payments are processed by the resort.
Plantana accepts Visa and Mastercard.
Cancellation Policy
Once confirmed, a cancellation or change in dates that significantly reduces the length of stay may be subject to a $150 fee.
The deposit becomes fully non-refundable if cancelled as follows:
Summer Season:
Within 30 days of arrival
US Thanksgiving:
Within 60 days of arrival
Winter Season:
Within 60 days of arrival
The full amount becomes fully non-refundable if cancelled as follows:
Xmas/New Years:
Within 90 days of arrival

Hurricane Policy
With our Worry Free Hurricane Guarantee, Plantana is the perfect late summer/early fall destination for some fun in the sun along Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman. If a hurricane warning is issued by the National Hurricane Center for the Cayman Islands, or for your place of residence, within five days of your scheduled arrival date, you may call in advance and cancel your upcoming vacation at Plantana with no penalty charges. Likewise, if your stay at Plantana is cut short due to issuance of a hurricane warning with either an optional or mandatory evacuation, Plantana will refund the unused portion of your planned vacation impacted by the hurricane warning.
