The main floor bedroom is spacious, with bedding ranging from 2 twins, 2 doubles, or a queen or king size bed. The master bedroom is upstairs and enjoys a view out over the pool towards the beach and sea. All master bedrooms are euipped with a king size bed and a private en suite bathroom. Cable and high speed Wi-Fi keep your entertainment options open for a rare rainy day. Some units have a complimentary Kayak available for your use. Hop in to the kayak and explore the North Sound waters and mangroves at your liesure. At the right time of the month you can glide your kayak into the bioluminescent cove and see the waters light up - an experience filled with magic and wonderment you will never forget!

If the reservation is cancelled, a 3.5% credit card fee is deducted from any refunds.

50% of the deposit is refunded if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival.

Full deposit is forfeited if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.

Full amount is forfeited if cancelled at any time.

At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older.
A $500us refundable damage deposit is required for all reservations. Any damage you cause to the condo will be deducted from the security deposit. If no damage is caused, the security deposit will be refunded back to your card after your stay and once the condo unit has been inspected. Details will be fully explained on the final rental agreement. All units are NON smoking. If anyone smokes inside the condo, you will be charged for damages and/or cleaning costs.
