Each spacious condominium has a private balcony that offer a view of the sea, sand and stars. Each condo is fully furnished in a modern decor and is designed with your comfort in mind. Each unit comes with a well equipped modern kitchen, washer & dryer, and everything else you would expect in a deluxe condominium. Bedding varies in each unit. but there is typically a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen or 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twins the 3rd bedroom (if applicable), plus a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. One 2 bedroom unit has 2 sets of bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. 2 Bedroom units sleep a maximum of 6 guests. 3 Bedroom units sleep up to 8 guests.

Payment Policy
A credit card is required at the time of booking:
A credit card is required to make a reservation, but is not charged until the balance is due.
The full payment is due as follows:
Year Round:
60 days prior to arrival.
All payments are processed by the property's management company.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Cancellation / Change Policy
If the reservation is cancelled, fees are as follows:
Standard:
No charge if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival.
Standard:
Full payment (except taxes) is forfeited if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
Minimum Stay Requirements
Xmas or New Years:
7 night minimum stay
Check-in / Check-Out time
Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out time is 11am.
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit is not required. However, any damage you cause to the condo will be charged to your credit card. All units are NON smoking. If anyone smokes inside the condo, you will be charged for damages and/or cleaning costs.
