Rum Point Club is a NON Smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in the units, on the patios/balconies, or in any public areas.

- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- NON-smoking. $1,000us cleanig fee will be charged if smoking in the condo.
- Additional charges: 13% government tax and 10% resort fee.
- Refundable Damage Deposit: $1,000us 2 Bdrm, $1,500 3 Bdrm, $2,500 4 Bdrm.
Payment Policy
A deposit is due at the time of booking:
Standard: A 50% deposit is required.
The balance is due as follows:
Standard:
60 days prior to arrival
Holiday Periods:
120 days prior to arrival
All payments are processed by the resort management.
Rum Point Club accepts Visa, Mastercard & Discover.
Guests are responsible for any damage they cause while staying in the unit. Any damages will be deducted from the damage deposit, and the balance (if any) will be refunded shortly after your stay and inspection of the condo.
Cancellation Policy
If your plans change and you need to cancel, please advise us immediately. Cancellations are free within 48 hours of booking. After 48 hours, there is a $200us cancellation/change fee if cancelled prior to the balance due date. Cancellations within the cancellation period (after full payment is made) will result in the full amounts paid being fully non-refundable.

Minimum Stay
Minimium stay requirements are as follows:
3 Night minimum stay year round (except Holiday Periods).
7 Night minimum stay during peak holiday periods: Christmas, Presidents Week, Easter, Thanksgiving.
Check-in/Check-out Time:
Check-in time is 4pm, but if you arrive early and the room is ready, you are welcome to check-in. Advising us of your flight arrival time will increase the chance that your condo is ready in time when you arrive at the resort.
Check-out time is 11am. Later check-out can be requested, but will depend on whether there are other guests checking-in to the same unit later that day.
