The beach and pool areas are never crowded, as there are only a few units that are rented out to tourists.

Rates are in US dollars and are per night for the indicated number of people.
Maximum of 8 adults and 2 infants in the condo.
Additional charges: 13% government tax and 10% service charge.
A refundable damage deposit of $1,500us is also required (refunded after your stay if no damage).
Payment Policy
A deposit is due at the time of booking:

A 50% deposit is required.
The balance of payment is due as follows:
April 15 - Dec 15:
30 days prior to arrival.
January 4 - April 14:
60 days prior to arrival.
Christmas/New Years:
90 days prior to arrival.
All payments are processed by the management company.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
If the reservation is cancelled, a 3.5% credit card fee is deducted from any refunds. The full amount paid becomes non refundable if cancelled within the following cancellation periods:
April 15 - Dec 15:
within 30 days prior to arrival.
January 4 - April 14:
within 60 days prior to arrival.
Christmas/New Years:
within 90 days prior to arrival.
