CUSTOM-DESIGNED INTERIOR: Inside, a local designer created a classic and subtle seaside space with custom furnishings, carefully chosen art and soft shades of blue and beige. Cooking at Seabreeze is, well, a breeze, thanks to thoroughly stocked cabinets and a private gas BBQ. A 10-person dining table waits to be filled with good conversation, a bottle of wine, and a dazzling meal prepared with local ingredients from the nearby grocery store. Set the mood with streaming music piped throughout the entire apartment.
A separate media room erases boredom on rainy days with a Smart TV, premium cable package, a collection of DVDs and a PlayStation 4 system with a library of games.
Four luxury bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathrooms, with luxury linens and towels provided. Three bedrooms boast flatscreen TVs with cable.

Rates are in US dollars and are per night for the indicated number of people.
Maximum of 8 adults and 2 children in the condo.
Additional charges: 13% government tax and 10% service charge.
There is an end of stay cleaning fee of $295us and the property also requires a refundable damage deposit of $1,500us.
Payment Policy
A deposit is due at the time of booking:
Standard:
A 50% deposit is required.
The balance of payment is due as follows:

60 days prior to arrival.
Christmas/New Years:
90 days prior to arrival.
All payments are processed by the management company.
Visa, Mastercard and Discover cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
If the reservation is cancelled, a 3.5% credit card fee is deducted from any refunds.
Standard:
50% of the deposit is refunded if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival.
Standard:
Full deposit is forfeited if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
Xmas/New Years:
Full amount is forfeited if cancelled at any time.
