Two dive companies and two restaurants operate from the West Bay beachfront. Several restaurants and watersports are nearby, and the main tourist area is within a 5-10 minute drive. Taxi service is easy to hire but can get expensive, so a car rental is recommended. Privacy, elegance, and tropical island living await you at SeaDreams..

Rates are in US dollars and are per night for the indicated number of people.
Maximum of 6 guests in the condo.
Additional charges: 13% government tax and 10% service charge.
There is an end of stay cleaning fee of $145us on all reservations.
A damage waiver of $49us is also required (covers up to $1500us in damage to the condo).
Payment Policy
A deposit is due at the time of booking:
Standard:
A 50% deposit is required.
The balance of payment is due as follows:
April 15 - Dec 15:
30 days prior to arrival.
January 4 - April 14:
60 days prior to arrival.
Christmas/New Years:
90 days prior to arrival.
All payments are processed by the management company.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
If the reservation is cancelled, a 3.5% credit card fee is deducted from any refunds. The full amount paid becomes non refundable if cancelled within the following cancellation periods:
April 15 - Dec 15:
within 30 days prior to arrival.
January 4 - April 14:
within 60 days prior to arrival.
Christmas/New Years:
within 90 days prior to arrival.

Minimum Age
At least one guest staing in the condo must be 23 years of age or older.
