Situated on the uncrowded and quiet northern end of famous Seven Mile Beach, Silver Sands Grand Cayman Condominiums enjoys one of the island’s loveliest, luxury beachfront condo locations away from the hustle and bustle of the large hotels and resorts. We offer so much more than a hotel and compared to a resort, there is a much quieter, laid back, “do your own thing” atmosphere at Silver Sands.
From each spacious condo’s balcony or patio, enjoy a spectacular view of our tropical gardens and the turquoise water of the Caribbean Sea. Play tennis on our turf courts, volleyball on the beach or sunbathe by our large freshwater pool. Snorkel right off the Silver Sands beach or take a short, 5-minute walk to Cemetery Reef, one of the best-known snorkeling spots on the island. For the ultimate in relaxation, lounge in a hammock under one of our thatched cabanas located right on the beach where the breeze will keep you cool and relaxed. Enjoy the splendor of a Cayman Islands’ sunset as you gather under our large open gazebo also located beachside.
The Silver Sands beach is a popular turtle nesting spot during the summer and fall months. If you are lucky, maybe you will be on the property when a 400 pound female sea turtle comes on the beach at night and lays her eggs. If you are even luckier, you will wake up one morning to find tiny turtle hatchlings that have been misdirected from the sea to various areas of the Silver Sands grounds, including our pool. How exciting it is to help redirect the tiny hatchlings back to the sea!
You can do as much or as little as you wish at Silver Sands!

Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Each of Silver Sands 2 and 3 bedroom spacious air conditioned condominiums are updated and tastefully decorated. Ground floor units are 1 level and upper floor units are 2 levels with the main living area on the buildings 2nd second floor and bedrooms on the top floor. Laundry facilities are available for guests to use.
All condo units are now designated as non-smoking.

- Rates are in US dollars per night for the indicated number of people.
- 3 night minimum stay in summer season.
- 5 night minimum stay in winter season.
- 7 night minimum stay over Christmas or New Years
- Additional charges: 13% government tax and 6% service charge.
Payment Policy
Standard: A 3 night deposit is required at the time of booking.
The balance is due as follows:
3 weeks prior to arrival during summer season
6 weeks prior to arrival during winter season
By September 1st for Christmas/New Years stays
All payments are processed by the resort.
Silver Sands accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express cards.
Cancellation Policy
Once confirmed, the deposit is refundeable if cancelled well in advance.
All payments made becomes fully non-refundable if cancelled within these cancellation periods:
Summer Season:
Within 3 weeks of arrival
Winter Season:
Within 6 weeks of arrival
Peak Season:
If cancelled after September 1st.
Worry Free Hurricane Policy
If the Cayman Islands Government has issued a hurricane evacuation and you decide to leave Silver Sands before the end of your reserved time, you will be charged only for the nights you have stayed.
If a hurricane hits Grand Cayman Island and you become stranded at Silver Sands because flights have been canceled, your first overstay night will be FREE. For each additional night, you will be charged a nominal fee of US $150/night for a maximum of 2 additional nights. It is expected that you will depart on the first available flight.
Cancellation prior to Arrival: In the event that your flight to Grand Cayman has been canceled due to a Government issued hurricane warning, you will be given a voucher for your deposit good for one year. If a hurricane is anticipated to hit Grand Cayman within 24 hours of your visit, you may cancel your reservation and will be given a voucher for your deposit good for one year.
Rescheduling: If you choose to arrive after a hurricane has passed, and you request a shortened visit from your original reserved time, you will be charged only for the actual nights stayed at Silver Sands.
