Very conveniently located, just a short walk to a large modern supermarket as well as numerous shops, restaurants, banks, nite clubs, water sports and many other activities. The beach quality is world-class and slopes gently for relaxed swimming with thatched cabanas and palm treess providing cool shade for reading and lounging. The 3 level infinity edge oceanfront pool and twin spas are right where you want them (directly beachfront) with generous deck areas for sunbathing separated by lush natural plantings. There are 2 covered gas BBQ's for guests to use.
Underground dedicated parking spaces are provided with a remote control main access security door. 2 elevators ensure easy access to all floors. Exercise in the air-conditioned fully equipped fitness centre with high quality "Precor" aerobic equipment & free weights. There are also 2 paddle boards that guests may use.
The Waters Edge is a NON Smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in the units, on the patios/balconies or in any common areas, including the pool area. Smoking is permitted on the beach.

This luxurious ocean front condominium is about 3,300 sq. ft. and offers a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, full laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. High efficiency A/C with dual cooling zones and Hunter fans throughout keep the villa cool and comfortable. The villa is equipped with a Cable TV system – LCD flatscreen TVs ranging from 32” – 52”, DVD players, ipod stations are in the livingroom and every bedroom. FREE Wireless Internet Service.
The villa has a private patio offering panoramic beach views for dining or quiet relaxation. Full bathrooms are in every bedroom. A platformed, soaking tub, separate oversized shower and dual vanities are in the master suite. Complimentary bathrobes and Gilchrist & Soames bathing amenities are provided for guest’s use. Hair dryers are also provided in each bathroom. All condos are equipped with the highest quality bath linens, bed linens, pillows and beach towels.

- Additional charges: 13% government tax.
Payment Policy
A deposit is due at the time of booking:
A 50% deposit is required.
The balance of payment is due as follows:
Low season:
30 days prior to arrival.
Winter season:
60 days prior to arrival.
All payments are processed by the management company.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted.
Cancellation Policy
A $100 fee is charged for any change/revision made to a confirmed reservation.
If the reservation is cancelled outright, fees are as follows:
Standard:
$100 + 1 night's stay if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.
Standard:
Full deposit is forfeited if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
Xmas/New Years:
$100 + 2 night's stay if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival.
Xmas/New Years:
Full amount is forfeited if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.
Minimum Stay Requirements
28 night minimum stay
Minimum Age
At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older.
Damage
The cost of any damage/loss NOT reported within 24 hours of the guest arrival at the condo will be debited from the guest's credit card held on file. All units are NON smoking. If you smoke in the condominium, your credit card will be charged $300us to cover damages and cleaning costs.
