Exercise in the air-conditioned fully equipped fitness centre with high quality "Precor" aerobic equipment & free weights. There are also 2 paddle boards that guests may use.
The Waters Edge is a NON Smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in the units, on the patios/balconies or in any common areas, including the pool area. Smoking is permitted on the beach.

The villa has a private patio offering panoramic beach views for dining or quiet relaxation. Full bathrooms are in every bedroom. A platformed, soaking tub, separate oversized shower and dual vanities are in the master suite. Complimentary bathrobes and Gilchrist & Soames bathing amenities are provided for guest’s use. Hair dryers are also provided in each bathroom. All condos are equipped with the highest quality bath linens, bed linens, pillows and beach towels.

A $100 fee is charged for any change/revision made to a confirmed reservation.
If the reservation is cancelled outright, fees are as follows:
Standard:
$100 + 1 night's stay if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival.
Standard:
Full deposit is forfeited if cancelled within 30 days of arrival.
Xmas/New Years:
$100 + 2 night's stay if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival.
Xmas/New Years:
Full amount is forfeited if cancelled within 60 days of arrival.

At least one guest must be 25 years of age or older.
The cost of any damage/loss NOT reported within 24 hours of the guest arrival at the condo will be debited from the guest's credit card held on file. All units are NON smoking. If you smoke in the condominium, your credit card will be charged $300us to cover damages and cleaning costs.
